I wish I knew the different neighborhoods. Locals know where the bad areas are. I need to find someone in the Know.
I just started looking. I plan on all of that. I'm by myself so I need a few big dogs and some guns first. :)

I'm more concerned about the area. I just know that in every state, there are just some places that aren't a good idea. I'm trying to find unrestricted land around some vacation/weekend areas with restrictions. No riff raff around there. Hard to find but I've seen a few. Just don't have enough saved yet.
