I'll only say this once, as a testament before those who are assisting us and before God.
I accept that disclosure speed may have to be controlled. I don't accept a limitation on the level of disclosure. We can't be kept ignorant. Those who know 100% will have an advantage, advantage turns to corruption because men are weak, even men who would save us.
That advantage absolutely cannot be allowed to exist, whatever the consequences, because its existence eventually leads our grandchildren back here.
I will accept a lower bandwidth, but not a smaller file.
