I keep seeing the word "fin" show up in various tech-related stories. Wikileaks dumped a lot of intel on a set of spy tools in 2014 here:

Recently, the SEC announced action against a cryptocurrency company called "Longfin."

I'm pretty sure I've come across other instances where "fin" was part of a name. I wonder if these are C_A-affiliated companies?

Thanks for the insight. It makes sense. Kind of like how internet startups were all calling themselves baby words back in 2000.

Anyone that has ever said that tech startups are all about breaking paradigms just needs to look at which companies where formed when. You can almost tell how old they are by their names.

Pretty sure the IMF is, and has been, a major corrupting influence. I believe they're responsible for loaning money to small countries trying to modernize, without providing guidance. I could be mistaken.

I've been looking into the World Bank. The Soros leaks have a separate folder dedicated to them, so you know they're assholes.

I don't think it's relevant to Q's post, whether true or not. I think comments in forums (besides here and maybe some official documents) are waaay to obscure for Q to expect us to find. But a lot of times, comments can be used to point you in the right direction. You might want to do a search for something like "Quran Pray Prey" or something like that, to see if it leads to something more established.
