Dershowitz is conflating fighting against an organized subversive overthrow of the government and subsequent conquest of its people and lands with canceling the First Amendment right of individuals to free speech. Facebook, Twitter and YouTube ARE the public square and they have only become large because they were afforded the necessary protections to become a public square. Take away the protections afforded them and they collapse. They HAVE taken away the protections of free speech that once justified those protections - but are no longer warranted.

Arguing for the overthrow of our nation is not the same thing as questioning the safety of vaccines or the conditions in our schools.

BTW, this all happened nearly 50 years ago. I got totally clean a couple years later (alcohol was about to kill my ass!) and have been clean since. I work for the local police now in a public facing role and regularly pass the "random" drug screen.

Naw, Annette D. was a lady (sort of) … she made it almost to the bathroom before the bottom of her white slacks changed color. Fortunately, she only needed to pee.

I'd like to say that I was a gentleman and brought her some replacement slacks or something, but none of the three guys there could get up to help her at all.
