There's a zip file that includes all Q posts (+ references) in a single HTML.

All images are in an extra folder – external links (i.e. youtube etc) would be missing, but could be added. Link to most current update is:

The html actually contains the actual 4chan/8chan source from the original breads just copy-pasta'd into an "empty" bread. Nothing's added to the original source, except timestamp conversions to EST & PST in a heading line before each post.
