If evil does not exist, then this is Heaven because Heaven is the absence of evil.

No. Satan is a fallen angel. He is of the spirit world. God created Satan as He did all of the other angels. Satan got too big for his breeches and decided that he deserved to be God. God could not tolerate this and removed Satan from His presence. 1/3 of all of the angels that God created made the decision to go with Satan instead of staying with God.

 

This is the spirit world that is invisible to us. Satan is the "invisible enemy"
