That's easy anon. Flynn's has the right to see the evidence against him. If (((they))) were stupid enough to alter 302's and submit as evidence, don't you think Flynn would realize this? It took mega balls to plead guilty, not knowing what might happen with the evidence and it only just now coming out the 302's were altered.
