Can BO lift the bans( you are sweeping up anons in the ban)
I would say implement Captcha per post.
It sucks and i hate captcha, but it's better then bots spamming and anons getting ban

Have you tried firefox with the Cors E turned on/enabled?
I am able to post with that.
