Spam bot and regular anons showed identical IDs probably because they used the same exit node while posting via Tor browser using clearnet address.
That window has been closed, as far as I have read.
Unless you use the same VPN, there's hardly a way to "use regular anon's IPs" unless you highjack their connection/machine.
I don't know about your setup. But if you were using 8kun thru tor via clearnet address, then that's probably the reason.
… or if you incidentally have the same VPN and the exit node of your vpn tunnel happens to be the same, then that can happen too. Otherwise bot would have to hack your machine and make it do things that you don't know about.
