If he really isn't sick…he would have to plan a fake death and then high tail it out to whatever secret location he thinks he could live out the rest of his days in.
Thing is Q's guy's would be all over that and it would be an exercise in futility as he would be caught and rounded up.
I'm sure any body he might use instead of his own could be dug up and a DNA sample match would show it was or was not him. Hell I'm sure Q's guys would have someone at the funeral who could take a sample without anyone noticing just to make sure.
Either way…wouldn't you say it is all pointless…as Potus would have to let everyone know of No names crimes and role in taking down this country from within. And if he isn't dead…Potus would have to round him up and bring him back for trial to confront those crimes.
