Then this broke, showing that this was a PIZZA related connection.

As for the guesses of money body parts adrenochrome I would say all of the above in various directions.
There is clearly more to the apple China link to this which needs digging as Q wouldn't have posted all the photos together if it wasn't the case! Possibly Apples offices are the staging points for this particular cargo???
