I think when we look at Q's posts they do link up and I think this is possible. Initially Q did say 7/10 plane crashes (I'm guessing civilian and mil) were not accidents.
Someone posted an experience with it from erowid and the guy said it wasn't worth it. Didn't know why people would even pay for it. The only thing that got my attention was that it can stop bleeding (maybe this is how they keep from having TIAs)
