1st Nothing, nothing, nothing but a dna-test can tell you if a person is still the same. You cant tell only from photos who is who. Dont believe me? Compare your kindergarden photos to nowadays photos. See the difference? Facial Structure and Skin tissue change dramatically overtime.
2nd this counts especially to ALS persons. You sit in a wheelchair for decades, you are not prepared to what gravity will do to your body. its a katastrophe. so even in addition to point 1 the changes are even more intense. same goes to person who wake up from a coma after a stroke lying in the hospital for 6 months. their faces, sometimes even their eye-angles changes drastically.
3nd ALS is a degenerative pathological syndrome that makes your body undevelop. So for example the skin holding your teeth goes away. thats why HAwking in one picture has rotten teeth, and in the next he has no teeth but 4 that stick out like huge icebergs in shadowland. They are obviously constant replacements out of Ceramic directly placed in the lower moutbone. what you see is an implant. one picture he had teeth, the next he is older, lost his haircolor and his teeth.
Also you can think that such a prominent rich guy like Hawking most possibly has had some plastic surgery done. for example a facelift. you can see a thin line before the ear in the right picture on the bottom. thats where the surgeons enter below the skin to pull the whole face towards the ear. shortening the skin above and below the epidermis leads to a "youthening" effect. sometimes earlaps seem to stick closer to the body than before.
also the pictures compare a LEFT EAR to a RIGHT EAR. ever heard of a symmetric human? ears are shaped individually like fingerprints.

I too am worried about his appearance on pedo-island. But there is no forensic evidence suggesting the guy was a double or something. There are perfect explanations for what you see in the pictures and instead you come up with this utter bullshit.
