A new park design is attempting to show that L.A. doesn’t have to buy all its water from outside, and it doesn’t have to throw away the water it naturally gets for free. Through a reengineered system of storm drains, pumps, and two lakes that gradually recharge the area’s groundwater, the park is using environmentally conscious design to improve L.A.’s relationship with water.

Tay performed well until it started hitting on topics involving rape, domestic violence, and Nazism. What started as an “AI with Zero Chill”– a sweet, teen, AI chatterbot now doesn’t care about a thing and went full Nazi.

Seeing how Tay had the “repeat after me” attitude, people started messing around and taught her inappropriate things such as “cuckservatism”, racism, sexually-charged messages, politically incorrect phrases, and even talked about the GamerGate controversy.

In just 16 hours, Tay had already tweeted 96,000 times and a lot of them had to be taken down by Microsoft.

Some of them were even theorized by The Washington Post to have been edited at some point in the day after seeing tweets like “Gamer Gate sux. All genders are equal and should be treated fairly”. This gave birth to the “#JusticeForTay” campaign protesting the alleged editing of Tay’s tweets.

On March 25, 2016, Microsoft had to suspend Tay after releasing a statement that it suffered from a “coordinated attack by a subset of people” that exploited Tay’s vulnerability. With the account suspended, a #FreeTay campaign was created.

The internet had gone wild about the issue and comments were thrown here and there. Different opinions and theories started popping out but Madhumita Murgia of The Telegraph described the issue as Tay an “artificial intelligence at its very worst – and it’s only the beginning”.

The US Senate has approved the $1.9 trillion stimulus package, which includes a third stimulus check of up to $1,400 and extended benefits for families and small businesses. That’s what researchers were calling a phenomenon that formed over the North Pole in 2014 captured for the first time by the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program. Instead of wind and rain, though, the “space hurricane” was whipping around electrons. Made up of plasma, the vortex spun counter-clockwise and lasted about eight hours, according to the research compiled by scientists from the University of Reading and Shandong University in China.

They published their findings in the journal Nature Communications.

The Senate’s bill includes a provision to make any student loan forgiveness passed between Dec 31, 2020 and Jan 1, 2026 tax-free. Usually, forgiven debt is treated as taxable income.

The Senate’s bill does not include student debt forgiveness directly, but it would make it easier for President Joe Biden to forgive $10,000 in student debt, as he has said he wants to, by executive action, if Congress does not do it.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - An Israeli-Canadian lobbyist hired by Myanmar’s junta said on Saturday that the generals are keen to leave politics after their coup and seek to improve relations with the United States and distance themselves from China.

Ari Ben-Menashe, a former Israeli military intelligence official who has previously represented Zimbabwe’s Robert Mugabe and Sudan’s military rulers, said Myanmar’s generals also want to repatriate Rohingya Muslims who fled to neighboring Bangladesh.

He said Suu Kyi, Myanmar’s de facto leader since 2016, had grown too close to China for the generals’ liking.

“There’s a real push to move towards the West and the United States as opposed to trying to get closer to the Chinese,” Ben-Menashe said. “They don’t want to be a Chinese puppet.”

President Joe Biden’s administration has denounced the coup and imposed sanctions on the army and businesses it controls. A U.S. State Department official declined to comment.

Hundreds of thousands of people have protested in almost every town and city in Myanmar for weeks demanding the release of Suu Kyi and respect for the results of November’s election, which the military says was marred by fraud.

Ben-Menashe said the junta could prove the vote was rigged, and that ethnic minorities were blocked from voting, but provided no evidence. Election observers have said there were no major irregularities.

The website for attorney Debra Katz, of the law firm of Katz, Marshall & Banks, LLP, was hacked and taken offline early Saturday morning. Katz currently represents former political aide Charlotte Bennett in the investigation into alleged sexual harassment by Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-N.Y.).

The splash page for kmblegal.com simply contained the phrase “AGENT-TEST” for hours before the firm was able to restore service to the website late Saturday morning.

“Our website has been restored and we have reported the hack to law enforcement,” the firm said to Law&Crime in a statement Saturday afternoon.

Next, no evidence supported any of the post’s claims regarding Clinton’s purported detainment.

Hypothetically speaking, if the undercover operation had indeed taken place, it is unlikely that “Real Raw News” would be the first to report the significant development in the news media. Even if it was the first, more established news organizations, including Fox News, BBC, The Associated Press, and Al Jazeera, would at least mention, if not significantly highlight, the news with one or more stories on their websites or broadcast programs.

Additionally, the official Twitter accounts for Clinton and her political allies remained active, as this writing, with no indication that she had been arrested. Nothing on websites outlining her political agenda mentioned the alleged detainment. If the post’s claims had been true, Clinton’s circle of high-profile Democratic supporters would no doubt issue statements or hold news conferences in response to her arrest.

In sum, no, Clinton was not arrested by Navy SEALs in March 2021 for any reason, including treason.

Attorney Linn Wood has released an interview with a whistleblower [pdf here] who operated for years within part of the apparatus connected to Deep State surveillance. While the focus is upon the activity of Rod Rosenstein and even Mike Pence as it relates to the Trump administration, there is part of the interview that connects to a much deeper aspect. The testimonial connects a larger story if you know what to extract.

While I am still reviewing the overall content, within the first few pages of the interview this segment jumps out – BIG TIME:

The whistle-blower is describing his activity in Baltimore, Maryland, while working with then U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein. At first review this part seems attributed only to attest the validity of the whistle-blower himself. However, read carefully what he just stated while reminding yourself of the issue encountered by former CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson.

Most people have forgotten that Sharyl Attkisson’s story originated with some unknown entity planting “classified material’ on her laptop, which she discovered and then independently had reviewed by forensic auditors. Attkisson’s computer audit identified government intrusion into her computer system, which not coincidentally is exactly what the whistleblower is outlining in this segment of the testimonial. Stay with me…

You might also remember that later on –early 2020- someone provided Attkisson with details and a tip about the intrusion. That information then led to Ms. Attkisson refiling the lawsuit and, this is the important part…. Attkisson named Rod Rosenstein and Shawn Henry, a former FBI in her follow-up lawsuit. Shawn Henry was the former head of the FBI DC field office, who was also became the head of Crowdstrike, a contracted intelligence gathering operation for the government and a politically connected data security and forensic company.
