We don't know what percentage of the actual deaths and injuries are getting reported. A study done some time ago suggested only about 1% of vaccine injuries get reported.

This happened to me a while ago. I figured someone in my region did something requiring a ban and I got caught up in the fallout. Got back on a while later. I also wondered if one of my posts hit a little too close to home for some "baddies".
