Mandatory Vaccination Policies in the Workplace – Should You Implement One?

Canadian chamber of commerce emailed 200,000 business owners and posted an article on their website promoting backhanded immoral ways to lie, intimidate, coerce and use fear to get employees to vaccinate to keep their employment or to be hired. They promote mandatory vaccination (which is against the Nuremberg Code) and suggest it may be better to use coercion and fear to get employees to vaccinate first as they know mandatory vaccination is illegal | Yet they still suggest the employer may have no option but to terminate that individual’s employment without cause and incur the liability
