The Founding Fathers provided two ways for the Constitution to be AMENDED. AMENDED, NOT RE-CONSTITUTED. The Constitution IS. This would not be a Constitutional Convention but a "Convention of the States to Amend the Constitution.
Congress has historically amended the Constitution and has done so 26 times but the Framer's also provided the States the ability to amend the Constitution leaving Congress totally out of it.
There is ZERO chance that the Constitution could be scraped or that Amendments removed or eroded. ZERO. Everything in this article is literally bullshit. Either this fuck doesn't understand the process or he's spewing pure propaganda.
