Control. A person who is the real deal will be able to think independently, and perhaps question their orders. An impostor, pretending to be someone else, will be totally dependent upon his handlers to keep his story straight.
That's just what they want: someone who cannot dare to step out of line. And if he's had Gates' new operating system installed (mRNA jab), he may not even have the ability to be self-aware and think independently.
