It isn't possible for 10 tons of sand, plus gravel, plus lime to weigh less than the sand alone.
Yeah … gonna need a link. The SIX versions of the code that I have read so far do not HAVE a subsection to article 6.
I have found two more examples of people citing that subsection … but it doesn't appear to exist.

Dat's me. Yeah, I grew up (class of /70) using the term "DC" and was surprised to see it missing in the atlas. I suppose it's on the same order as not noting New York (the city) as New York, NY on the map.
My ONLY interest in Meghan is that she's pretty. Diana was both pretty and something of a do-gooder.
The rest of the RF are butt ugly but otherwise unremarkable. Queen Lizzie was attractive 60 years ago … but I was 8 then and busy scaring the hell out of my Mom with acrobatics on my bicycle. She'd sometimes look out the window and I'd be gliding by, standing on my seat with one foot. I nearly got a traffic ticket (as my Dad told the story) for 35 in a 25 zone but the cop could never actually catch up to me. Not bad for a single speed bicycle. ;-)
