A question for any lawfags out there. If ten "persons" agree to, and sign a contract, and later one of the signatories to that contract breaks their participation in the contract, does the contract still stand, or will a new contract between the remaining 9 "persons" have to be drawn up and signed?

Can the "person" breaking the contract be forced to remain in the original contract? And if a new contract is need, can that "person" breaking the contract be forced into the new contract?

I don't know legalese, so please keep it in the "Fun With Dick and Jane" level of reading.

From my observations/experience;

Sometimes newbakers or inexperienced bakers, put everything into notes. Sometimes it's done to saturate notes to the point that you have to sift thru so much clutter to find the notable stuff, it renders the lists pointless. That's another form or a more subtle fomr of censorship. Not sure which is the case atm, there is also the added variable that slower bread means longer lists, since shills can't push the speed and shorten amount of content posted. Fast breads and many shill posts, leaves baker with a shorter list. Newsfag doesn't appear to be present, so not sure wtaf is the case.

8kun is under attack, as well, I don't think the maintenance crew knows how to fix it or maybe aren't even aware it needs fixing? Someone should contact Jim, so he can contact his fixers to be sure. Sometimes we suffer for hours/days with issues like this, then Jim is notified and we get a fix soon after. But notes are prob not being added to aggregator because of the way they are broken into several pieces, with one link to the whole list, after the several page post. I would think the aggregators (you said you are one of them, no?), should know this by now. IJS, but IDGAF about aggregators necessarily.

IP's are geographical. A certain area has a specific range. Similar to phone area codes, you could say.

Even if you're not using a VPN, if there is bot activity coming from your geographical area, the first step would be to block that IP range, so you'd get bagged by that as well.

Since you can read post, the block is on writing, and that's why I think there has bot/hacker access directly to the database that keeps the replies.

I'm the same poster who you answered, BTW, but I can't post more than once. 2nd attempt at posting is blocked. I have to start TOR again for each post.
