Yesterday, New York Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart Cousins called for resignation.

New York Republicans taking note on what's happening in California and starting some sort of formal pathway to impeachment - as one currently does not exist in The New York State Government.

The Buffalo Bills managed to get 40,000 signatures to ban Cuomo from Bills Stadium after he told New York he wanted to be at the playoff game, I'm sure New Yorkers could get a few for the immediate resignation of Andrew Cuomo.

Seems like a lot happening in New York.

'ALBANY — State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins on Sunday called for Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo to resign amid widening sexual harassment allegations that are being leveled against him, marking the highest-ranking Democrat to call on the governor to step down.

Minutes later, Democratic Assembly Speaker Carl E. Heastie also called for Cuomo to consider stepping aside.

Hours earlier, Cuomo defiantly declared that he will remain in office pending the outcome of an investigation into the matter that is being steered by the attorney general's office.

"Every day there is another account that is drawing away from the business of government. We have allegations about sexual harassment, a toxic work environment, the loss of credibility surrounding the Covid-19 nursing home data and questions about the construction of a major infrastructure project," Stewart-Cousins said in a statement released Sunday afternoon. "New York is still in the midst of this pandemic and is still facing the societal, health and economic impacts of it. We need to govern without daily distraction. For the good of the state Gov. Cuomo must resign."

Stewart-Cousins' reference to a "major infrastructure project" centered on a Times Union story published Sunday that examined the state's investigations of allegations that the company that constructed the Mario M. Cuomo Bridge had concealed that bolts used to fasten the massive girders on the twin span were breaking and being replaced.'

Intel to Collaborate with Microsoft on DARPA Program

"What’s New: Intel today announced that it has signed an agreement with Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to perform in its Data Protection in Virtual Environments (DPRIVE) program. The program aims to develop an accelerator for fully homomorphic encryption (FHE). Microsoft is the key cloud ecosystem and homomorphic encryption partner leading the commercial adoption of the technology once developed by testing it in its cloud offerings, including Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft JEDI cloud, with the U.S. government. The multiyear program represents a cross-team effort across multiple Intel groups, including Intel Labs, the Design Engineering Group and the Data Platforms Group, to tackle "the final frontier" in data privacy, which is computing on fully encrypted data without access to decryption keys.

"Fully homomorphic encryption remains the holy grail in the quest to keep data secure while in use. Despite strong advances in trusted execution environments and other confidential computing technologies to protect data while at rest and in transit, data is unencrypted during computation, opening the possibility of potential attacks at this stage. This frequently inhibits our ability to fully share and extract the maximum value out of data. We are pleased to be chosen as a technology partner by DARPA and look forward to working with them as well as Microsoft to advance this next chapter in confidential computing and unlock the promise of fully homomorphic encryption for all."

REP. MATT GAETZ: The FBI used a geofencing tool to be able to strip data out of a particular location during the Capitol breach.

That pull included records from members of Congress, records that showed no connection to the rioters and any type of direction or communication. But if members of Congress, if the legislative branch of government can be swept into a massive collection effort by political actors at the FBI and Department of Justice, just imagine what they can do to regular Americans that they want to target for their politics.

So, it's Donald Trump one day, members of Congress the next. But it won't be long before the FBI becomes more and more like every other agency of government, targeting their opponents, helping their friends. And we have to point out, Maria, that you have got Hunter Biden's lawyers' law partner who is now leading the Criminal Division in the United States Department of Justice.

It should remove any sense of objectivity or credibility to the work that they're doing. And speaking of no credibility, Nancy Pelosi has appointed General Honore to conduct a security review. That would be like having Governor Andrew Cuomo do your sexual harassment policy review.

This guy has already called for Lauren Boebert to be on a no-fly list, for Josh Hawley to be disbarred. This is not how due process works in our country. You start with the facts, and then allow that to drive the investigation. You don't start with your desired political outcome, and then try to reverse-engineer fact-gathering.

BARTIROMO: This is all so troubling, Congressman.

Can Republicans do anything to stop this?

GAETZ: Well, we have very limited power in Washington, D.C., now to stop these investigations that Speaker Pelosi has the ability to initiate, that the Biden politicized, corrupt Justice Department has the ability to initiate.

And so what we have to do is go out and tell the American people that these exercises have no credibility. They are not about law enforcement. They are not about some upcoming renewed attack on the Capitol. Remember when we were told that March 4 would be this cataclysmic, apocalyptic day, and it turned out to be nothing?

But they are trying to create a constructed threat to justify the continued occupation of our capital city, because, if you want to replace America, if you want to do away with America, you would want to reduce the beautiful splendor of our capital and our country and our republic.

And that is the slow march to socialism and communism that this Democratic Party is taking us down.

Joe Biden's had more nap time than he's had questions from reporters. And you're right. While the Middle Kingdom grows more ambitious in their goals, we are still toiling away in the Middle East. Joe Biden has had more attacks on Syria than he's had press conferences.

And so you have to ask to the progressive voters, is this really what you expected? Is this what you wanted, a warmonger president like Joe Biden, when Donald Trump did so much to bring peace to the world and to actually confront the real threat, China, not to be trying to build democracies out of blood and sand and Arab militias in some desert far away?
