I have an excellent community-based health-care model that places MERIT med school graduates into COMMUNITY service…they get a house, stipend..and their med school paid for…then they run a clinic…docs are placed per population density. Patients have recourse via oversight boards….populated by elders …retired docs…also new docs have an elder to do the hands on teaching…once they're in practice. The way doctors used to learn.

Housecalls…It could work to take the profit motive out of medicine. I've never ever charged a penny to anyone that asks me to help them. Being a medicine carrier is a gift to be gifted….not to enrich oneself.
