someone paid the army 345 Billion dollars on a single contract, out of europe…into what we think is a slush-fund-company.

so it's an expected payment.

looking into big happenings around sept. 27 2013.

here's the deal though - i don't know if it's related to anything directly. this is a rabbit hole…found some of the payments mentioned by q in the contracts for DUN 123456787, so i'm assuming this is important to him. this payment stands out…a single BILLION dollar contract.
