>Black farmers. Advocates of the provision cite historic mistreatment of African American farmers and the loss of agricultural land.

Andrew Breitbart exposed this didn't he?

Flashback: Black Farmer Explains How Pigford Settlement Cheated Him

In my observation of Andrew Breitbart, it seemed there was just one story that he could just not let go: Pigford. Years after he initially ran the investigations and interviews surrounding the Pigford scandal Andrew would still mention that it was unfinished, that the work was still not done. If Andrew and I ever crossed paths in our travels, I would always wait for Pigford to come up. He never forgot it.

It never seemed he was interested in a โ€œscalpโ€ or some type of victory when he talked about the Pigford case. Any time I ever heard Andrew talk about Pigford it was always in the context of the farmers who really were discriminated against, who had injustices against them as a result of the Pigford scam. To my recollection, it was those who were hurt by Pigford that Andrew talked about first. Government corruption, reform, and waste were always a distant second.

There were injustices against real black farmers as a result of Pigford and those injustices were never resolved. So Andrew never really let it rest. Maybe it wasnโ€™t always his top story, but from what I could tell, it was always in his mind.

This summer Andrew Breitbart, publisher of a number of conservative news sites, found himself in the throes of a media scandal of dramatic proportions โ€” and one which he later discovered went far deeper than a mere contextual snafu.

For those unfamiliar with the story, in July, when liberals, the media, and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) were slamming Tea Partiers as racist, Breitbart released a now infamous video of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) official Shirley Sherrodโ€™s speech before the NAACP describing how she had discriminated against a white farmer. Her comments were met with nodding approval by the members of the audience.

In the wake of the release, the USDA wasted no time in forcing Sherrodโ€™s resignation, despite the fact that Breitbart says his intent was never to harm Sherrod, but rather to expose the NAACP as a racist body.

While the partial video ended Sherrodโ€™s career at USDA, the second half, the portion of Sherrodโ€™s anecdote in which she explained that she learned the error of her ways, was not included in the initial video Breitbart had released. The incomplete video lost Sherrod her job and resulted in a mass demonization of Breitbart for not showing the full context of her remarks.

Since that time Breitbart has worked to understand the full story behind Sherrodโ€™s hasty ousting and believes he has an answer. According to Breitbart, the answer lays in a piece of legislation President Barack Obama signed Wednesday โ€” which provides $1.15 billion in funding for a case known as Pigford II. The money will be doled out in payments of $50,000 for more than 90,000 alleged black farmers as retribution for alleged discrimination on the part of the USDA.

that statement dropped by the President just sets me off , I feel like I am counting the days until I have to tell some people to fuck off and then shit starts getting real fun. The statement is just going to make it harder to fend off people pushing the vax. If I lose my job, and can't find work or interact in my community because of the you got to vax or you can't function or operate in a normal manner then it is gonna get weird

Peopleโ€ฆ. What labor do you perform in the society?

Privileged Class. None: we are not made to labor.

People. How then have you acquired your wealth?

Privileged Class. By taking the ''pain'' to govern you.

People. To govern us!โ€ฆ We toil, and you enjoy; we produce and you dissipate; wealth flows from us, and you absorb it. Privileged men, class distinct from the people, form a class apart and govern yourselves.
