Psaki: Biden Will Push to Make Some Social Safety Net Provisions of COVID Bill Permanent

On Wednesday’s “CNN Tonight,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki stated that President Joe Biden will argue that some of the social safety net measures of the coronavirus relief bill should be made permanent.

Host Don Lemon asked, “There’s provisions like expanding the child tax credit and increased subsidies for health insurance. Those expire, though, after a year, Jen. How much of President Biden’s sales pitch next week will be about convincing Americans that these social safety net measures should be permanent?”

Psaki responded, “Well, a big part. He wants to make the child tax credit permanent. He’s talked about that, and certainly, he’ll look for opportunities to do that and to work with members of Congress to get that done. And he certainly wants to make health care more affordable and accessible. But his real focus is on all of the specific details and making sure that people understand out in the country how to get access to all of the benefits of this package. So, I expect that’s going to be really the focus of his travel and the vice president’s travel and other members of the administration who will be out there in the country, making sure people know how they get the direct checks if they’re eligible, how they benefit from the child tax credit, what this funding means for their schools. So, this next couple of weeks — or these trips that he’s going to take is really going to focus on this particular package. But I promise you, he sees the benefits of the child tax credit, and knows that’s a way that we’re going to address the crisis that is the percentage of women, the number of women who have dropped out of the workforce. On the morning of 11 September 2001, Klaus Schwab sat having breakfast in the Park East Synagogue in New York City with Rabbi Arthur Schneier, former Vice President for the World Jewish Congress and close associate of the Bronfman and Lauder families. Together, the two men watched one of the most impactful events of the next twenty years unfold as planes struck the World Trade Center buildings. Now, two decades on, Klaus Schwab again sits in a front row seat of yet another generation-defining moment in modern human history.

Always seeming to have a front row seat when tragedy approaches, Schwab’s proximity to world-altering events likely owes to his being one of the most well-connected men on Earth. As the driving force behind the World Economic Forum, “the international organization for public-private cooperation,” Schwab has courted heads of state, leading business executives, and the elite of academic and scientific circles into the Davos fold for over 50 years. More recently, he has also courted the ire of many due to his more recent role as the frontman of the Great Reset, a sweeping effort to remake civilization globally for the express benefit of the elite of the World Economic Forum and their allies.

Schwab, during the Forum’s annual meeting in January 2021, stressed that the building of trust would be integral to the success of the Great Reset, signalling a subsequent expansion of the initiative’s already massive public relations campaign. Though Schwab called for the building of trust through unspecified “progress,” trust is normally facilitated through transparency. Perhaps that is why so many have declined to trust Mr. Schwab and his motives, as so little is known about the man’s history and background prior to his founding of the World Economic Forum in the early 1970s.

Like many prominent frontmen for elite-sponsored agendas, the online record of Schwab has been well-sanitized, making it difficult to come across information on his early history as well as information on his family. Yet, having been born in Ravensburg, Germany in 1938, many have speculated in recent months that Schwab’s family may have had some tie to Axis war efforts, ties that, if exposed, could threaten the reputation of the World Economic Forum and bring unwanted scrutiny to its professed missions and motives.

In this Unlimited Hangout investigation, the past that Klaus Schwab has worked to hide is explored in detail, revealing the involvement of the Schwab family, not only in the Nazi quest for an atomic bomb, but apartheid South Africa’s illegal nuclear programme. Especially revealing is the history of Klaus’ father, Eugen Schwab, who led the Nazi-supported German branch of a Swiss engineering firm into the war as a prominent military contractor. That company, Escher-Wyss, would use slave labor to produce machinery critical to the Nazi war effort as well as the Nazi’s effort to produce heavy water for its nuclear program. Years later, at the same company, a young Klaus Schwab served on the board of directors when the decision was made to furnish the racist apartheid regime of South Africa with the necessary equipment to further its quest to become a nuclear power.

With the World Economic Forum now a prominent advocate for nuclear non-proliferation and “clean” nuclear energy, Klaus Schwab’s past makes him a poor spokesperson for his professed agenda for the present and the future. Yet, digging even deeper into his activities, it becomes clear that Schwab’s real role has long been to “shape global, regional and industry agendas” of the present in order to ensure the continuity of larger, much older agendas that came into disrepute after World War II, not just nuclear technology, but also eugenics-influenced population control policies.

Over the last few months, India has witnessed an unprecedented number of fires. Since May 2020, there have been more than 60 industrial accidents in the country, killing at least 100 workers and injuring more than 150.

A massive fire broke out at a chemical factory in the city of Thane, India on Thursday morning. According to fire officials, the factory is located in the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) area of the city.

"Around 20 fire tenders have been rushed to spot. Firefighters are trying to douse the flames", an official said, adding that there were no casualties or injuries as yet, and the cause of fire has yet to be ascertained.

A video from the spot showed thick black smoke billowing from the plant.

"Pure International Cybercrime": Putin Warns Against US 'Retaliation' For SolarWinds Hack

Russian President Vladimir Putin has reacted fiercely to the contents of a report in the The New York Times this week that cited unnamed senior admin officials to say the White House is preparing a series of devastating cyberattacks on Russia as 'retaliation' for the SolarWinds hack.

A spokesman for the Russian presidency, Dmitry Peskov, told reporters on Tuesday that the "alarming information" would constitute a "pure international cybercrime" and is thus condemned under international law.

"The Russian state has never had anything to do with cybercrimes and cyberterrorism it is being accused of," Peskov emphasized.

Specifically addressing the NY Times report further, Peskov added, "the fact that the newspaper doesn’t rule out that the American state could be involved in cybercrime, is definitely of great concern to us.”

Amazingly, the anonymous Biden admin officials revealed to the Times that a "series of clandestine actions across Russian networks" are expected to start within the next three weeks.

The cyber-operations will by design seek to get Putin and Russian intelligence's attention while being concealed from the broader public when it occurs, the NYT report said.

Detailing the Kremlin's condemnation and warning against any such cyber espionage, US News & World Report writes:

He spoke in response to a series of claims from U.S. officials, including Secretary of State Antony Blinken and FBI Director Christopher Wray, that they are considering harsh punishments on Russia for the attack, including overt sanctions and some form of covert salvos in the cyber realm. Wray hinted at the action in testimony before Congress this month, saying the U.S. was preparing cyber "joint sequenced operations."

Multiple US intelligence agencies had issued a rare joint statement in the wake of the SolarWinds intrusion, saying it was "likely" Russia behind it, though without offering evidence or specific intelligence verification of the allegation.

However, it's since been confirmed that SolarWinds has largely faulted its own severe security lapses, including the fact that an update server's password was literally "solarwinds123" - which had been leaked by an employee online beginning years ago, according to prior Congressional testimony.

Sara Netanyahu hospitalized with appendix infection

Prime minister’s wife taken to Jerusalem hospital after feeling unwell, admitted for likely stay of several days; no details on her condition

Sara Netanyahu, the prime minister’s wife, was hospitalized after midnight Wednesday with an appendix infection, the Prime Minister’s Office said.

After feeling unwell, she was taken to Jerusalem’s Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center where she was diagnosed with the infection and admitted to the hospital, likely for a stay of several days.

No further details on her condition were given.

White House Mistakenly Tells Migrants in Spanish ‘Border Is Not Closed’

White House National Security Council adviser Roberta Jacobson mistakenly told migrants that the Southern border was open, during the White House press briefing on Wednesday.

During the briefing, Jacobson switched from English to Spanish and said, “la frontera no esta cerrada” (the border IS NOT closed). After a White House aide handed her a slip of paper later in the briefing, Jacobson corrected her statement to say, “la frontera esta cerrada” (the border IS closed).

White House press secretary Jen Psaki was asked about the mistake during the White House press briefing, as a reporter noted Jacobson’s comment could be picked up by Spanish-speaking migrants.

“Well, given she also said that the border is closed, we’re hopeful that that is what will be picked up. And that has clearly and consistently been our message,” Psaki said.

Jacobson acknowledged during the briefing the administration was struggling with the issue of “mixed messages” by trying to signal hope to potential migrants for a path into the country while also reminding them of the dangers of the journey.

“I will certainly agree we are trying to walk and chew gum at the same time,” she said.

On Tuesday, Psaki told reporters “we are not trying to close our borders” and said the priority was to “create an effective, moral, humane system.”

Jacobson blamed the surge of migrants under President Joe Biden on the “hope” that the new administration offered compared to that of former President Donald Trump.

“We’ve seen surges before,” she said. “Surges tend to respond to hope and there was a significant hope for a more humane policy after four years of pent-up demand.”

She also accused smugglers of spreading “disinformation” about Biden’s new border policies.

Jacobson, an adviser to the president on Central America issues, steered away from immediate ways to address the crisis at the border and spoke about the importance of working with the governments of Central America and the private sector to improve the living conditions in countries like Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala.

Jacobson blamed the “increased pace of natural disasters because of climate change,” citing two hurricanes from last year that hurt economic growth.

“The president has committed to seeking $4 billion over four years to address the root causes of migration,” she said. “Including corruption, violence and economic devastation exacerbated by climate change.”

Azerbaijan Preparing for New War Against Armenia

Although Azerbaijan, with assistance from Syrian mercenaries and Turkish special forces, recaptured seven districts surrounding the former Soviet Union’s Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast from Armenian personnel, it appears that a new conflict is about to break out. After a humiliating loss due to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s unpreparedness and/or disinterest in maintaining control over the seven districts, a direct land route was supposedly granted to Azerbaijan so it can access its Nakhchivan exclave via a corridor through Armenia’s Syunik province, which Azerbaijani’s call Zangezur. This was supposedly agreed upon with the signing of the November 10 trilateral (Armenia-Azerbaijan-Russia) ceasefire agreement.

Monte Melkonian, a Lieutenant Colonel from the first Nagorno-Karabakh War (1988-1994), said in the early 1990’s that if Armenians lost Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan, they would next lose Syunik Province, the thin strip of land separating Azerbaijan-proper from Nakhchivan. He stated that “If we lose [Karabakh], we turn the final page of our people’s history.” He believed that if Azerbaijani forces succeeded in deporting Armenians from Karabakh, they would then advance on Syunik and other regions of Armenia. If Azerbaijan were to capture Syunik province, this would not only connect Azerbaijan-proper to Nakhchivan, but it would also give Turkey direct access to the oil and gas rich Caspian Sea and onwards to Central Asia.

Azerbaijan defends its position to recapture Nagorno-Karabakh and the surrounding districts. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has also maintained that his country is only interested in recapturing what it calls occupied territory.

However, Turkish and Azerbaijani nationalists have called for the occupation of Syunik province to end Nakhchivan’s detachment from Azerbaijan-proper. Many prominent Armenians warn that the long-term aim of Turkey and Azerbaijan is to create a smaller Armenian rump state based around today’s northern Armenia.It appears that Azerbaijan is preparing for a new military conflict to capture Syunik from Armenia.

Aliyev said during a speech at an economic conference last week that a “new transport corridor will pass through Zangezur, a historic territory of Azerbaijan, and will connect mainland Azerbaijan with its integral part, the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic, and Turkey.” Ignoring Aliyev’s fallacy that Syunik is historically Azerbaijani territory, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan claimed that “with such a provocative statement, calling Zangezur a ‘historic Azerbaijani territory’ and making reference to an imaginary corridor, the President of Azerbaijan deliberately undermines the implementation of the November 9 and January 11 trilateral statements. Article 9 of the November 9 trilateral statement does not mention the establishment of a corridor.”

Early Batches of Pfizer COVID Jab for EU Reportedly Triggered Quality Concerns, Claim Leaked Emails

Europe’s pharmaceutical regulator confirmed in December 2020 that data had been breached in a cyber attack on the European Medicines Agency (EMA), adding that some third-party documents were unlawfully accessed, with Pfizer Inc and BioNTech SE confirming documents related to development of their COVID-19 vaccine had been “unlawfully accessed”.

Scientists of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) had reportedly raised concerns regarding the quality of some early batches of the coronavirus vaccine developed by Pfizer–BioNTech, writes the British Medical Journal (BMJ).

BioNTech, the German company which initially developed the vaccine, had partnered with the American big pharma company Pfizer for support with the clinical trials, logistics and manufacturing.

Batches of the Pfizer jab, sent to the EU bloc for approval last year, were discovered to be of a lower standard than initially promised, revealed leaked documents from the European medical regulator, according to the Journal.

In an email dated 23 November, a senior EMA official was said to have notified authorities of a 'significant difference' in the quality of the vaccines as compared to jabs in the Pfizer clinical trials. Concerns had been triggered by the "truncated and modified mRNA species present in the finished product".

Two 'major objections' had been filed by European Union officials to Pfizer in the wake of the alleged discovery. Furthermore, other quality control issues were also ostensibly raised ahead of the approval of the vaccine made using messenger RNA, or mRNA.

The technology delivers a fragment of genetic code to cells to make the surface protein (known as spike) on the SARS-2 virus.

The proteins, accordingly, activate the immune system, instructing it to perceive the spike protein as foreign and subsequently develop antibodies as weapons to fight it.

Only 55 percent of the mRNA in the vaccine batches in question were stable and intact - a factor that is essential to the potency of the vaccine - as compared to 78 percent in Pfizer's studies, alleged the report.

“The latest lots indicate that % intact RNA are back at around 70-75 per cent, which leaves us cautiously optimistic that additional data could address the issue,” an EMA official said, according to one of the supposedly leaked emails.

The volatile genetic material that the Pfizer vaccine is built on at the time of the reported developments required a storage and transportation temperature of -70C, otherwise it risked being damaged. Since then, updated guidance claims the jab can be successfully stored in a clinic fridge for five days before use.

The alluded to email failed to provide any details pertaining to the reasons for the alleged poorer quality, or its potential impact on the efficacy of the jab, only saying that it was 'yet to be defined'.
