Nearly $130 billion for schools—95% of which won’t even be spent until AFTER the pandemic and NO requirement to gets kids back in the classroom.

$50 million for environmental grants.

And here’s a real kicker—$135 million for the National Endowment for the Arts.

What in the WORLD does this have to do with COVID? It doesn’t.
