Normally an F35 would not show up on ADSB Exchange at all. At least you normally don't see fighters up, only the tankers that are refueling them.
NEllis flies a lot of military stuff that doesn't show on ADSB, training missions, weapons practice on the desert ranges to the north….
He called an emergency which made that important, and he came on commercial transponder.
From what I saw he appeared to have a mechanical problem, not engine, because he could maintain speed and altitude. He then circled to burn off fuel and then came back to land.
That might indicate control problems or undercarriage/weapon load problems may even have been instruments..
