I do know some vets at that time got an anthrax shot, several went home after wards and whole families died. During the late 80’s they tested the HIB shots on active and dependent families threatening them with no pay unless they took it, watched many many friends end up with facial infections from it. Thankfully I’m allergic to eggs and almost all are incubated in eggs or egg based. Couldn’t take it
