How are anons getting banned if they don't share an IP address (by using a VPN or TOR)? Are some anons unaware that they are going through a VPN? Maybe because they are using a connection that was set up by somebody else?
Most of us are probably using a dynamic IP address assigned by the ISP. It is possible that whoever is getting banned just happened to be assigned an IP that was previously in use by somebody else on the same ISP but the odds of that must be low.
Bit of advice: resetting your router might get you a new IP address to get around the ban.
Also, would those who are getting banned please mention whether they are on a phone or PC? Hard to diagnose without knowing that critical piece of info.

Do know whether you are on a residential proxy server? Or any proxy for any reason? If you are netting from work then that is a strong possibility.
