The cesspool is a criminal cartel, for now, they own America, just look at their behavior/record.
The relief bill, look at what they did, a slush fund, to bail out of State unfunded pension liabilites that are in the trillions, while the people deal w/shortages causing inflation, and are having problems keeping food on the table.
