DoS admits here that there are other government officials who had private email addresses and communicated with HRC. This paragraph can't exist just to protect Strzok and Page…there are certainly others.
It's a rabbit hole - and the sturdy patriots who have been here from day one can probably vouch for how long it takes to get to the end of the rabbit hole.
The prior investigatory materials may have to be completely re-vetted since the inner circle who performed the investigation is now totally comped. That takes time.
