So far the courts have proven to be political DS tools. Look at Sullivan. Look at SCOTUS. They all just seem to do what they please with no recourse for the good guys. I don't see how we get justice from here without, shall we say, "help". Maybe the states need to grow a pair and take back authority. I se signs of that, but it will take years to see real progress.
