No. It doesn't quite work that way. There is only the illusion of freedom of speech and representation. When representatives are in fear and being blackmailed, it doesnt matter how many constituents contact them. They will throw the American people under the bus to save themselves. They dont give a flip how many people call and demand change. When Obamacare was being voted on in Congress, the American citizens shut down the phone system in the Capitol from the masses of people calling and trying to stop it. That's why the military is the only way because the American gov is too comped to care whether the citizens put pressure on them or not.
