Also have friends who chose to take the vaccine despite warnings. Convincing them against a full network effort (ongoing) combined with Fauci etc etc - very difficult. I've given them a pack of zinc lozenges to use if they feel the first signs of a (new) cold or flu coming on. Best I could think of for now,
(zinc competes with virus for binding sites and blocks virus attachment to the mucosal cells and ideally prevents infection).
