Why do we need technology? Jesus could remote view, heal and deliver people, supernaturally know the thoughts of others and even resurrect the dead. When He temporarily left earth He ascended without a ship. Fishing, carpentry and the like were the most "advanced" things in the communities of Jesus' day and they had no hospitals, vaccines, insurance, etc. Unfortunately they were afflicted with a few "taxes" which in one case Jesus took care of by telling one of His disciples where to find a fish with a coin inside its mouth.
