Thing is, for people in certain area codes (such as the Leningrad I live in), there's either Chase or wells fargo, or another one that's even worse.

Tried telling them years ago - keep feeding these beasts and they will be THE only choice you're left with. At least some folks have Credit Unions, such as for Police, Military… but regular people?
