Diversity is fine. Quotas for minorities at the expense of whites is not. Promoting a less qualified person of color because of their skin color is not. So many whites get passed over for officer candidate school to meet diversity quotas. This is what causes angst in the first place. Telking whites they are racists be cause they exist causes them to say well fuck it, may as well be if ima be called racist 24/7. I never had or saw a single problem with race when I served besides the Quota system.
