For starters, there is no such thing as the "College of Surgeons of America." There used to be, back in the 1910s and 1920s, but it became the "American College of Surgeons," decades ago. He also claims to be ATLS faculty at Sunnybrook Health Sciences, but is not listed on their faculty page:
