ok - so i have the same number now when i pull that report today, but when i pulled it yesterday (same string, i swear) it was 2592.
there are new 115 new contracts in there as of today. that is deeply concerning.

note:
(for all time)
DUNS 123456786 - nothing
DUNS 123456787 - 938,166 contracts
DUNS 123456788 - nothing
DUNS 123456789 - 2801 contracts
123456789 is the kind of generic "oh, we'll change this later" innocent dummy DUNS someone might use.
123456787 is …we know this is fake, but since it's not in sequence, nobody will notice…kind of generic DUNS.
(my two cents, obv.)
this is the "22" dollar contract.
otheranon has pointed out that contracts during Hussein's term NOW add up to over 30MM, so my 29.8MM finding doesn't work. trying to reconcile now, but confused for the time being.
this one though, this one still stands.
i posted this earlier in the weekend, but if you d/l all the data you can for DUNS 123456787, and then remove duplicates by ZIPCODE, DUNS, and VENDOR name, you get this:
2000: 7 unique entries
2001: 14
2002: 189
2003: 416
2004: 1193
2005: 1970
2006: 623
2007: 26
2008: 19
2009: 21
2010: 9
2011: 12
2012: 10
2013: 9
2014: 9
2015: 8
2016: 10
2017: 14
2018: 3
the system was obviously abused during 2003 to 2006 - lots and lots of fraud in there, and i have lots of single entries with full names.
from 2007 to present, though, i have 70 unique names. pic rel
i agree - the point i was making earlier is that 123456789 yields 2800 entries. small potatoes, and fraud on a low level (but 50 million, holy shit)
BUT
123456787
yields 940,000 entries.
that's the big one.
wrong. take a look through the data, pull your own report. 2500 contracts, 30 million dollars = 12000 avg. that's the AVG.
if you're down to search, these four DUNS/ZIP combinations stand out to me, because they carry generic names, and look at those addresses:

that's the point.
using the ZIP of 222023709 puts the "vendor" for that DUNS on any contract at:
