Because Q didn't fuck up, it accomplished, if temporarily, the agenda at hand. If it comes back,it will be when there is a real sense the people have had enough and ready to take matters in their own hands, and of course the great Q will return to preach "trust the plan." It's easier to fool the people than convince them they've been fooled.
