Further, Cuomo must not be in the faction trying to consolidate power, and knowing what he knows, he can derail their power play by dishing on the details of the scope of involvement outside NY. He was also discussed as a Biden replacement in the 2020 election, furthering his level of threat to the faction consolidating power. He's a major POTUS contender, and electable, unlike Harris or Mike.

He has to be discredited via his alleged indiscriminate sexual habits so that no one will listen to him or take him seriously, say, if he decides to turn states evidence, etc.

Any other NY officials are just bagmen for the dem/DS suits calling the shots. Anyone in the chain of command in NY is the potential next target of dem/DS retribution, so they have to show their colors by dissing on Cuomo to try to keep safe. They won't be. Just the suits lining the ducks up and the alligators will just eat them last.

My crazy idea, which I take a lot of shit about, is that he should team up with Trump. The insults they throw back and forth at each are basically fucking terms of endearment in NY speak, from my experience. They're only polite if they don't like you.

My thinking is their parents were acquaintances, so they must go way back as kids, and if the power play is coming from, say, the Chicago mob, they could mobilize the NY mob to fight back.

Cuomo could use the help with sexual indsicretion claims and Trump could use the help with the SDNY and NY AG. I think Cuomo is the reason Trump was at TT a week or so ago. Win/win.
