The base of the cake is fundamental for the private guild of the Bar using their private courts to monetize the law, monetize sin and produce commercial products such as bonds, other securities and bailments. If the base of the cake did not exist, then the Bar would have nothing to commercialize. Instead, it needs you to either act in honor and confess, or act in dishonor, declare you delinquent and incompetent and therefore steal your energy claiming powers of attorney.
The middle of the cake of law being trust law and property law is essential for the mechanics of commercializing sin, of profiting from crime and producing valid commercial products such as bonds, securities and bailments. If a court does not have clear title of control, then it cannot hear the matter. Thus, trust law is essential for the private court to do its primary job and make money from law, not to deliver fair justice.
The top of the cake is usually the only level of the cake that is visible. A normal criminal court begins in Case Law or common law whereby procedure is followed and the defendant agrees by their consent to “contracting” the court to hear the matter and adjudicating through their plea after the offer of charges has been read. However, if the defendant demonstrates some knowledge of the law and contests the authority of the court by either not consenting to contract or not agreeing to procedure, the judge is forbidden to continue in the same form of law as this would be dishonor and affect the commercial goals of the court. So the judge will normally run out of the court and a brief “offer” of recess will be called, only to return with a harder form of law such as admiralty/maritime law.
When a judge sits in admiralty/maritime law against a defendant and the defendant has not asserted their specific and narrow rights under admiralty/maritime then they are converted into a “thing” and a judge has the full power for the faulty “cargo” to be placed in a warehouse if it should disrupt their court, through a charge of contempt.
Thus, each level of cake plays a fundamental part in stacking the odds against the average defendant. If one layer did not exist, the power of the courts would be greatly reduced.

It’s important to note that an Article V convention is not a constitutional convention – a forum in which the Constitution may be rewritten. It is a convention of states – a forum in which amendments may be proposed without congressional involvement. The process is actually quite straightforward.
1. When 2/3 of the state legislatures (34 in our case) pass resolutions calling for the same focus areas, an application is made to Congress. All state resolutions must be in agreement. If one state asks for an amendment about fiscal restraint and another an amendment about the electoral college, they are not counted together towards the 2/3 requirement.
2. Upon receipt of the application, Congress sets a time and place for the convention of states. Congress cannot decline, and it has no further involvement in the convention.
3. Each state will name a delegation to the convention. The method of selection and the number of delegates is up to each state. However, regardless of its size, each delegation gets only one vote. Small states have equal footing with large states.
4. The delegations will draft proposed amendments for the topic areas covered in the state resolutions. They are not empowered to exceed the state resolutions. If the states passed resolutions for term limits, the delegates cannot add a proposal for gun control.
5. The delegations will vote on the proposed amendments, with each state having one vote.
6. Those proposals approved by the convention of states will be sent to the individual states for ratification.
7. Any proposal that garners ratification by ¾ of the states becomes an amendment to the Constitution.

"Option A is that Congress does the carving, a la Glass-Steagall legislation of 1933, and specifies the firm boundaries for each platform on the front end. For example, Amazon could be compelled to shutter its private-label division (an Amazon tripod wouldn’t have much value as a standalone company) and spin-off its logistics and web hosting divisions. That Amazon provides web-hosting services to Netflix and competes against Netflix with its own film division is a slow-moving train wreck. And if its logistics division were separate, Amazon couldn’t force merchants to buy fulfillment services from Amazon at inflated prices.
Option B is that Congress empowers a tribunal to impose structural relief on the back end, as a remedy to a particular case or set of cases. For example, in cases involving a recidivist discriminator who shows no respect for the nondiscrimination regime, or where injunctive relief proves unworkable, the tribunal could require the platform to sell off its content arm or cease operations in the content space. Amazon could be sliced up the same way, but the slicing would have to address the competitive harms presented in a particular case or set of cases."
