.2 - .4 mg/kg there are a few protocols out there depending on what you're doing. Prophylaxis is less, treatment is more and more frequent.
220 lbs = 100 kg * .2 = 20mg low end 40mg high end...adjust for weight.
Some dose daily for 5 days, then once a week for a month, then once a month, some have schedules...some just use two doses for a month. There are a lot of protocols out there and they'll get refined with experience with the current problems.
The horse paste is 1.87% so a 100kg does would be 18.7, so if you doubled it, you'd be in the upper middle of the range 37.4/100kg.

Fortunately, I knew it was a Herx and took some milk thistle and fluids and am clearing the toxins hour by hour. So, I'm doing one of the heavier protocols now, as it's clearly dose dependent and safe at up to 10x the recommended dose.
