Perhaps it was a marker of sorts.

Going along with his tweet of the picture of Trump lifting the veil on his painting, and the tweet of the 71 (17) on the USS TR, and Pompeo's tweet of a verse 3:17 from a book in the Bible.

The Herschel video was ostensibly about HW running for Senate from Georgia, but perhaps it was mixed in with the others as a marker/signal.
