Was going through some older bookmarks as some sites gone now.
Worked at Delta Research (prototype machine shop) not too far away. On Friday we'd get up a group order (maybe 50-60 burgers, fries (awesome!) and drinks and one guy would leave early for lunch to pick them up. The owners got in on the orders, too. Dennis and Bob S. We'd work until the food got back (usually after the buzzer), then knock off until everyone was done. It was the kind of place where the owners would show up random mornings with donuts and coffee … which was an incentive to show up on time all the time. There were always enough for everyone to have at least one, but any that were left when the buzzer sounded would get scooped up by the other guys and all any late guys got was the sight of the empty box. ;-)
