The piers under the green and yellow boats are ferry piers that travel to many parts of the city, and there is an Airport Express Station at IFC Mall. The sign can be seen under the Apple Store directing vehicles to that station.

Her ratio of head width to shoulder width suggests that this is a male, not a female.
Early photos of her around 1954 show someone with female proportions of head to shoulder width but the face only resembles Ruth. By the time she is appointed to the court, there is a family photo with male head to shoulder ratio.
And then there is her genealogy which is obscured. There is a mysterious brother. Her bio says that she worked to put this brother through Cornell law school first. What if, the original Joan Bader was killed, and her brother under the name Ruth Joan worked in a garment factory as a woman to perfect his disguise and backstory as a woman. But Ruth Ginsburg is in fact a man, the brother of Joan Ruth Bader.
This is not so far fetched as you would imagine since this is the sort of life-encompassing deceptions that satanists engage in. The kids are fostered from some other satanist family. Her husband just plays the role, or perhaps he prefers gay male sex with this pseudo wife.
