Archived YouTube seems like a decent place to look of they had all those impromptu outdoor pressers. The news would probably delete whatever they copied it from if it isn't in the POTUS archive.

The outdoor POTUS pressers are all titled, "…President Trump Delivers Remarks Upon Departure" if that's at all helpful for searching.
Looks like its just a different angle on that item. Found one with real POTUS in same location.
If you search YouTube for President Trumo Delivera Remarks Upon Departure it should get most of 'em. Hopefully we can find something. The wetness in the crack of the asphalt would be enough if it looked exactly the same.

The White House Archived videos seem to be typically cropping out the mics, which was why I would look to the asphalt to an exact match for the wetness on the cracks.
