Few Anons asking about the whole Looking Glass tech last thread. Thought I'd add two cents.
The paper in pic related is an easy read, goes through the configuration used to get the growing ionized electrical effect. It's a very small window into aetheirc/electrical workings.
The contraption there is a magnetic spark gap that produces much higher frequency which gives rise to this pulse current phenomena.
