One suggestion for court reform - courts should have the same responsibility as the patent office, which are responsible to help "laymen" inventors. This is a great sign of honest and should be a responsibility throughout the court system.

Consider for example the New London taking case, which asked the wrong question. Often laymen ask the wrong question. Correct question was what constituted fair under the 5th amendment.
