Not AF1 Joe left 2 hours early from Philly yesterday-took Marine One to Delaware and they moved 82-8000 back to JBA w/o Joe on it.
They changed the schedule to look like he left from Philly at the normally scheduled time.
He did not

Yesterday it reflected a 2 hour early departure from Philly and there would be no need for a tanker to be stationed in Delaware if Joe was actually on 82-8000 returning to JBA.
